i finally had some financial assistance now
prolli next sem i need not pay so much as $1088.43 now
was awarded the Pesi Davar Bursary of $1000.
i was wondering why they give me an indian bursary
then i looked at their requirements which states that i only need to be a s'pore citizen and with academic performance
thank god.

was pretty depressed in the morning
cuz i dunno what the hell came over my mum
she was flaring up her unusual hot tempers which i haven seen for a few years alr.
she wont tell us,
just kept yelling and yelling as if we did her wrong or sth.
pisses me off and it made my temper rose as well
with her slammings of the door 3 times while i was asleep
yelling at me if i wan to go to the zoo with them
and she will pay for my entry (they had 4 free tix)
i say no of course,
our family is already so poor

i rather not go.

cried while trying to pull myself out of bed
cuz i have so much heat inside me.

yesterday first.
went to school for a briefing
before that dear came to my house to fetch me
that was pretty sweet but came the disappointment when i knew he came with 2 purposes
to fetch me to school plus visit his colleague at cheers in school
he and his colleague calls each other scandal
of course i dont feel secure
i did not feel anythin in the first place
but as time goes by i just felt uncomfortable
and i dont feel unique
the gal was so happy when she saw him
cuz she only mention it the day before that she's working
and the next day, there he is.
although he's just there to exchange money
he had make it a point to visit her after fetching me
he had it planned.
i dont like the feeling.
it's jealousy plus disappointment.
i still feel sourness in my heart whenever i think of it.
sour and pain and out of breath and my tear gland threatens to erupt.
he seldom come to fetch me anywhere
and i really mean seldom.
then suddenly he agrees to pop out
of course i would find it weird.
why he suddenly so good? eh?
i din ask why he came, because i assume he wanted to give me a surprise
then came the unknown truth.

i feel really sour now.

had lunch with dear before he goes to work
kfc, i toppled the whole tray of stuff!

the table was so small and my bag was so big =/

today went to a company in the north area
had one customer who couldn't understand my situation and proclaim i was rude
okay, i admit i was rude but i had other commitments.
couldn't you understand that?
and the flyer states everything already.
arghh, pisses me off.
think i was pretty unlucky these few days
sighs, need to go temple and pray already.
pray for some peace in my life.

my aim now is to study hard and get into a local uni
or get attach to a really good company with good prospects
and make lots of money.
i think i have my fair share of being poor for such a long time.
i really wish to live comfortably and happily in life.
that's my aim, my goal, my wish.

i took 2 hours to finish writing everything,
but as i write,
each scene of memory came back again
and the sweetness of it all
i could hardly find any words to describe it

every little thing i saved inside.
there, after finish writing, i gave the small notebook a kiss.

im finally back from the chalet
it was quite fun actually
except the mahjong part cause i dont play mahjong
lolx. when they play i was watching cartoon network.
i miss cartoons lots.

let me preview what happened during our stay.
first day
when we reached, we were astonished by the ulu-ness
lolx. we went to nsrcc.
located at tanah merah.
then relaxed awhile at the resort.
found out that we cannot exceed 30 units of electricity blah blah
how much exactly is 30?
how do we measure that? -.-
the bungalow itself's already so exp.
zzz. but anyway, there are 3 to 4 gun-dos who decide not to come
when they agreed to
that caused the budget to increase by $120
grrrr-
smack the shit out of them.
nothing much except for exploration the first day

second day
woke up quite late
went bowling!
i got the lowest points for the first game
and improved slightly for the other
couldn't blame me
im not good at handling heavy balls.
lol as i see my bowling balls wash the drain.
then pushed dear to play bball with the other guys while we prepare the balloons for alan's birthday party
we puffed up about 36 balloons and hung them around.
pleased about this cuz it has been such a long time since i saw a balloon-ed birthday party!
his reaction was dumb lar.
you know this kind of guy, no reactions.
like woodstock.

we bbq-ed
and those dumb guys like to play with fire so much
they poured the whole container of margarine into the fire

either the satay sticks got burned halfway leaving the poor satay hanging
or the bbq turned those dumb guys into mad guys laughing for dear life.

they decided to then pluck out the satay sticks and cook the satay instead.
alan then happily strutted to the living room with the plate of cooked satays
and happily accidentally i caused him to topple over that plate
and those mad guys decided to play big or small
and the one with the smallest card must eat 1 piece of dropped satay
seng got 2, and woke up with a headache the next day
gy got 1, he was fine
and the birthday boy din get any!
i quickly prepared the cake but that damn alan happened to peep inside the kitchen door and saw everything

spoilt the dumb surprise
anyway they surprised him with beautiful blushers made of cake
and a explosive bomb of the balloon
he had a hard day lolx.
but he enjoyed it.
then mahjong again, then sleep.

firstly
i would like to comment on responsibilities as a customer,
and a sales-person.
if you are going for long term services
make sure you do research first
so that you can save plently of time
and the process swift and successful.
this way, you have helped yourself and the sales-person a great deal.
if every customer has been so kind and helpful
things would have been much easier.
and courtesy is very important
dont come across as a rude freak
it pisses the other party off.
and may even ruin their moods for the rest of the day
thats why they say smiling is contagious
you choose to smile at someone and they'll pass it around
or you choose to complain and make everyone upset.
will that be what you want?
pissed or smiling happily on the way home?
then pass your mood to ur family and friends?
when you could have been very happy and do crazy things with your friends or family?
get the flow?
and if the saleperson has been very helpful and deserves to be complimented
do it!
it makes the person fly!
and even more determined to promote customer service!
that is what you want, right?
salesperson makes mistakes,
they apologise,
just remind them gently not to repeat it
it'll solve everything.
dont bring them huge amounts of stress!

and for sales person
the best thing not to get irritated by a customer is to place yourself in their shoes
this is the best advice i've heard so far.
this advice solves everything.

i bought him billabong slippers on account that he gimme a little money
